California.

Marie is moving toward the west near 2 mph...4 km/hr...and this
motion is expected to continue for the next day or two.

Maximum sustained winds are near 70 mph...110 km/hr...with higher
gusts. Marie has the potential to become a hurricane later today.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 85 miles...140 km
from the center.
